On November 20, 2018 in Yaroslavl in the format of the round table was held a meeting on the theme: "Fulfillment by audit organizations and individual auditors of the requirements of the Federal Law № 115-FZ "On Combating Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism".

The organizers of the Round Table were the Territorial Branch for the Central Federal District of the Self-Regulating Organization of Auditors of the Association together with the Audit Firm SNK (Yaroslavl Regional Branch of SRO AAS).

Auditors, managers and employees of audit organizations took part in the round table. The round table was opened by Svetlana Kotova Svetlana Kotova, Director of SNK Audit Firm LLC, Head of Yaroslavl Regional Branch of SRO AAS, who greeted the participants with a welcoming speech.

Head of the Supervision and Legal Support Department of Rosfinmonitoring in the Central Federal District Sergey Shapoval spoke about:

  • On connection of audit organizations and individual auditors to the Personal Account on the official website of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service.
  • On compliance by audit organizations and individual auditors with the requirements of the Federal Law No. 115-FZ "On Combating Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism
  • On the role of Rosfinmonitoring in preparation for FATF.

During the round table, the main directions of engaging auditors in working with the RFM were discussed, on the role of Rosfinmonitoring in preparing for the FATF audit and the need for SRO auditors to participate in the Interdepartmental Commission on combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, the financing of terrorism, and the need to connect audit organizations and individual auditors to the Personal Account on the official website of the Federal Service for Financial Monitoring and Execution by audit organizations and ind as individual auditors of the requirements of Federal Law No. 115-ФЗ "On Combating the Legalization (Laundering) of Criminally Received Incomes and the Financing of Terrorism" as amended on April 23, 2018
